If you were an eyewitness to a sexual assault upon your own child, would you take the law into your own hands against this offender? What if it were instead someone else's child?
Were you to call the police, and were a jury to send the sexual offender to prison, how long ought the term of incarceration be for such a crime? Would it matter whether or not he had changed his ways? How would one verify this?
